Praise
for The Story of
Love & Truth, by
Terah Cox

“If you could read only one
book over and over for the rest of your life,
make it The Story of Love & Truth.
It gets better each time you open
it. The wisdom seems to multiply, the charm
seems to expand, the insights seem to deepen.
Perhaps it is that each time we absorb its
timeless message, we expand and deepen and grow.
It is a story to be savored as much as read. I
defy you not to be moved!” Saskia
Shakin, author of
More than Words Can Say ~ The Making of Inspired
Speakers
“The Story of Love and Truth is
wonderful, just wonderful… beautifully created
and a pleasure to feel and experience, turning
the pages and feeling the textured cover. The
story is beautiful, clearly and imaginatively
written with simple yet elegant, poetic
language. The ending dialogue between Older and
Younger brought tears to my eyes.”
Jean Marzollo, author of the
I Spy children’s series, The
Bible Stories series & more.
“Magical, passionate and profound! Love &
Truth illuminates why the marriage of heart
and mind is so vital -- not only within the self
and in relationships, but for the sake of the
soul-of-the-world.” Dr. Kathryn Madden,
author of Dark Light of the Soul and
Editor-in-Chief of the Quadrant Journal for
Jungian Studies.
“This book is exquisite…the way it is bound,
the papers and the words on the page…. It really
put some thoughts together in my heart…I will
cherish it as a precious manuscript of profound
wisdom.” Kim McElroy, artist and author
of the Spirit of Horse line of paintings,
prints, cards, journals, etc.
“So beautiful and moving…deep but simple,
with layers of meaning that offer something more
every time I read it.” Gittel Price,
award-winning photographer and President of
Women in Focus in Atlanta, GA
“A new classic-in-the-making for all kinds of
people and ages....and so beautifully
handcrafted. My customers are buying 3-4 of
these at a time for the holidays! And it’s a
perfect wedding or first anniversary paper
gift.” Ellie Kimmelman, Eclectic
Collector Gallery / Katonah, NY

Author Comment
'Love & Truth' is a story I never knew I always wanted to write, a story I feel so honored to share. It came unexpectedly, and all at once, on a timeless summer Sunday. In the weeks that
followed, 'The Story' deepened into layers of meaning as the characters gave up more of their secrets to the one listening -- as the one listening became more and more able to hear. During the winter holidays, 'The Story' started its journey into the world as a limited handmade edition and found its way into the hearts and homes of adults and young people in places near and far. From the moment of its first writing, it became an ongoing living teacher for me. With each rewriting, I was called to re-open myself to the inspiration -- the "in-spiriting" that birthed it -- in order to preserve its aliveness and let it do its further work within me. The new illustrated softcover edition represents yet another milestone in the journey of Love and Truth, and will hopefully take them even farther afield and further in as they continue to make their winding way through the hearts, minds and souls of all who encounter them. 'The Story' takes less than an hour to read, and I humbly hope that you are able to give yourself some quiet time to read it in one sitting and perhaps experience some of the presence in which it came to be.
